SoEun (Sonya) Park ‘26

SoEun Park is a sophomore at Harvard, concentrating in Government (Public Policy Track) and Sociology. Originally from Korea, she moved to Michigan at age ten and continued her ballet training from Korea while incorporating contemporary dance into her repertoire. SoEun has previously been invited to the Kirov Academy of Ballet program. Furthermore, she is the founder of Stairway For Ballet, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that connects students and volunteers internationally for free online ballet classes. Outside of Harvard Ballet Company as DEI Chair, she is involved in Harvard Undergraduate Think Tank (HUTT), Harvard Undergraduate Women in Foreign Policy (HUWiFP), Human Rights Research Center (HRRC) as an advocacy coordinator, Harvard CityStep as a teacher and producer, and Korea Institute as an assistant. In her free time, she loves traveling, reading, writing, drawing, and listening to podcasts.
