Peyton Darby ‘26

Peyton Darby is a sophomore at Northeastern University studying Business Administration concentrating in Finance. Peyton grew up on Long Island, training under the direction of Karen Lynch at the Lynch School of Ballet since the age of 5. She has performed several leading roles in their full length productions including the Dewdrop, Snow Queen, and Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Pas de Trois in Swan Lake, and Cupid in Don Quixote. Peyton spent her summers training at intensive programs with prestigious ballet companies including the American Ballet Theater and the Orlando Ballet at their highest level. Peyton has also been named the 2021-2022 Long Island Scholar Artist in Dance by the Long Island Arts Alliance. Peyton has been published in Newsday for this achievement. Additionally, she has been hired to perform as a guest artist at José Mateo Ballet Theater in 2022. Currently, Peyton is on co-op at a boutique advisory firm as an Investment Research Analyst while actively serving on the E-Board of HBC and as an Analyst with Northeastern's student run investment fund.
