Catherine Martinez ‘24

Catherine Martinez, a Harvard College junior from South Florida, is concentrating in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology with a secondary in Mathematical Sciences. For nine years, she trained with The Art of Classical Ballet, performing in The Nutcracker and in excerpts from Satanella, Le Corsaire, La Bayadère, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Paquita, and La Esmeralda. In 2016, she joined the Florida Classical Ballet as a Junior Company member, and for the past three years, she has danced with the Harvard Ballet Company. On campus, she is a member of the HUF community and a volunteer for Camp Kesem. Outside of classes, she enjoys Latin social dancing, creative writing, watching Broadway musicals and movie classics, exploring Cambridge and Boston, getting coffee with friends, and traveling. Catherine is thrilled to continue dancing ballet with HBC!
