Wilson Vu ‘20

Hailing from Los Angeles, Wilson Vu began his training at the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts. He is a multi-faceted movement artist and educator who passionately advocates for accessibility in dance education. As one of its founding members, Wilson helped build the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance – now one of the top dance schools in higher education in the United States. Wilson is also a professional dancer and choreographer who performed all over the world and worked with companies and artists such as UNIQLO and Solange Knowles. During his time at the University of Southern California, he received an M.S. in Applied Psychology and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society. This Fall, Wilson is currently pursuing his second masters at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Arts in Education. In addition to his studies at Harvard, Wilson is the Communications & Publicity Chair of the Pan-Asian Coalition for Education (PACE) and the Program Assistant Intern at the Harvard Dance Center.
