Jess Eng '21
Jess Eng is a sophomore at Harvard studying Statistics and Folklore and Mythology. While growing up in unexpectedly chilly San Francisco, California, she trained in tap and jazz and competed for her local studio for 15 years. She also took a variety of master classes in ballet, modern, contemporary, and hip-hop at ODC Dance Commons, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and Sunset Academy of Dance. At Harvard, Jess also dances with and choreographs for HRMDC, Expressions Dance Company, and the Harvard Dance Project. When she's not dancing, Jess enjoys waking up on Saturdays at 5 am for her WHRB Blues Show, organizing educational and tasty events for the Harvard Food Literacy Project, and dreaming of becoming a national food writer.
