Hayley Ye '21

Hayley Ye is a sophomore at MIT studying computer science with a minor in design. She was born in Plano, Texas but moved to Lexington, MA when she was 10, and then to Boston for high school. She began ballet at the age of 5 along with rhythmic gymnastics and Chinese dance, but eventually dropped gymnastics to focus on ballet in middle and high school. Over the years she's also dabbled in some modern and hip hop. Her favorite ballets are Don Quixote and La Bayadere. She also enjoys baking sweets and petting soft animals, and is a member of MIT's on-campus hip hop group Ridonkulous. She's very happy to have found HBC so that she can continue ballet in college!
