Angel Hoyang ‘22
Angel Hoyang is a first-year at Harvard College originally from Los Angeles, CA, looking to potentially study Psychology or Theatre, Dance, and Media. She trained at the Marat Daukayev School of Ballet, where she danced principal roles in the Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Paquita, and other shows. She also competed and placed in both regional and international competitions, including Youth American Grand Prix and International Dance Organization, in addition to attending summer intensives with the American Ballet Theatre and the School of American Ballet. From middle through high school at Harvard-Westlake, she choreographed and directed contemporary pieces for a full-length student-created dance show every year. She loves to improv to any and all music, and aside from HBC, is also involved in CityStep and the Veritones.
